Testimonials

I highly recommend Belly Strong Physiotherapy. As a mother of seven children, having the support and expert guidance of a pelvic health physio has been extremely important to me. Gibwa has been calm, kind, competent, and professional from start to finish. Her clear and compassionate communication style put me at ease in our appointments, particularly during the initial assessment when I was feeling embarrassed. I do not hesitate to recommend her services to all mamas who want to be confident and Belly Strong!

My experience was absolutely brilliant – we worked over a number of sessions on a hip problem that had appeared as part of my pregnancy where at times I was unable to walk. I was given some exercises and now I’m back to playing hockey.

I LOVE these workout videos. I used the week by week pregnancy workout videos during my pregnancy. It’s the best program I’ve used because the videos actually reflect what is possible at each week. The exercises are fun and novel each time. Now that I’m postpartum, I look forward to doing a workout with Belly Strong any time I can squeeze it in. Thanks for the wonderful content and helping me feel normal again.

I am 34 weeks tomorrow and have been following your workouts for over a month now. They have been super helpful especially as the video comes out according to how far off I am at the moment 🙂 Your voice is really calm and relaxing to listen to. They are just the right amount of intensity and duration of exercise so thank you!

This is my third pregnancy and no other prenatal workout I have ever found here on YouTube has compared to this. I feel like all others are way too gentle, and I’m not even super athletic or anything by any means! Thank you! Looking forward to doing more of these workouts.

I‘ve only done a couple weeks of your videos, but I am absolutely loving all of the exercises. Each video is perfectly paced for my pregnancy so far. Your commentary is reassuring and kind. Thank you for creating these. I can’t wait to continue until delivery day!

Your workouts have banished my sciatica pain I struggled with, following from week 16!
