Please read the following instructions carefully before booking an appointment

In-person appointments are currently only offered in Hampshire and Surrey (UK). Virtual appointments are available from anywhere else in the world. When booking an appointment, these are the steps you need to take.

1. Use the Calendar to book your appointment

  • Create an account: Go to the Account page on this site to login, or register as a new user.
  • Book a session using the calendar: Book an appointment using our Calendar Booking.

2. Make a 50% payment for your initial consult

  • We charge a 50% fee upfront for an initial consultation. This includes consults for returning clients with new issues.
  • When you book an appointment using our online calendar, you will be able to select the option to pay your deposit immediately. The remaining 50% will be due on completion of your appointment.
  • Unfortunately we have had very late cancellations in the past, and so we do this to protect our time. We hope you understand!
  • All fees for follow-up appointments can be paid in advance when booking an appointment using our online calendar, or can be paid upon completion of the session.
  • For clients coming through insurance, we will invoice your insurance provider directly. All sessions for clients coming through insurance will be limited to 30 minutes.

2. Submit your medical questionnaire and consent form

  • All new clients must fill in a medical questionnaire and consent form. This can be found on the Consent Form page. Please make sure to complete and submit this at least 24 hours before your first appointment.
  • Additionally, if you are a returning client with a NEW issue, or have not had an appointment with the past 3 months, you will need to do this again.
  • If there are any concerns, our team may contact you for extra information or express clearance from your doctor.

3. Read about what to expect at your first appointment

  • Head over to our blog to read more about what pelvic physiotherapy is and what you can expect.

4. Attend your appointment

  • Please arrive at least 5min before your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 15min late, we may treat the appointment as a cancellation.
  • Appointments will all be held at Milestone House, 208 Farnborough Road, GU14 7JN. This is on Farnborough main road opposite the Jet petrol station, NOT off Salisbury Road. GPS will sometimes navigate you to the back of the property from which there is no access. You will find parking in front of the building.
  • Your therapist will ask you a number of questions about symptoms, and also carry out a physical examination. We advise that you wear something that allows free range of movement.
  • At the end of your session, your therapist will discuss the next steps with you.
  • We usually use Whereby for virtual consults. Upon booking your appointment, you will receive a link which you can simply click to join at the scheduled time. If this is not convenient, please email info@bellystrong.com to discuss which platform would be more convenient for you e.g. FaceTime, Whatsapp, Skype, Zoom etc.

5. Book your follow-up appointments

  • Manage your bookings: You can use the Calendar on this website to book your appointments. Bookings are reflected and can also be managed from your Account page.

If you experience any difficulties with this process, please email admin@bellystrong.com. We’re looking forward to helping you along on your recovery journey!

Please read through our Terms and Conditions. Your appointment booking and the signing of your consent form will be taken as agreement to these terms and conditions. Here are a few important things to note.

a) The cost of each appointment type is listed on our website. If you are unsure of what type of appointment you need, please email info@bellystrong.com.

b) You may cancel your appointment without charge, up to 48 hours before the scheduled time that you have booked. A refund will be made to your chosen payment method or you will be given the opportunity to book another appointment at the same cost (providing the re-scheduled date is within 2 weeks of the cancellation date). A cancellation between 48 and 24 hours before your appointment will not be refunded, but you will be offered the opportunity to book another session at the same cost (providing the re-scheduled date is within 2 weeks of the cancellation date).

If you cancel an appointment within 24 hours of the allocated start time no refund will be given, and you will forfeit your payment. You will have to book and purchase another appointment.

c) You may cancel a booking online or via email. Any cancellations requested less than 24 hours beforehand will need to be done via email. A booking will not be officially cancelled until you have received confirmation.
