Why Pilates?

When it comes to Pilates, there are a few things it can do for you:

Led by a physiotherapist

All classes are taught by a qualified physiotherapist, with a maximum of 8 clients per class. This means guidance from someone who is highly skilled in exercise prescription, and experienced at making adjustments based on skill level and injury. So you’re in safe hands!

Hassle free

It can be tough to find the motivation to exercise on your own, even if you know the benefits. So why not join a regular class to keep you accountable and benefit from the expertise of a trained professional.

Located in central Farnborough, our clinic is easy to get to with ample parking available. Exercise mats are provided, although you’re also welcome to bring your own.

How to Book

We’ve partnered with Farnborough Physio to make these classes happen. All sessions will be held at Milestone House on Farnborough Main Road, and anyone is welcome.

Price

Sessions are sold in advance in 4 to 6-week blocks at £13 per class. If you join in the middle of a block, assuming there is space, you will be charged pro rata for the remaining weeks. If you miss a session, we will try our best to offer a make-up opportunity, however ultimately this will depend on availability at the time. We also offer single sessions at a cost of £15 per session.

Each client can claim one FREE taster session if you’d like to try out a class before committing to a course.

Schedule

Each class lasts 1 hour and run as follows:

  • Tuesdays at 6:15pm (beginner/intermediate) – First time goers, not much experience with exercise, recovering from injury, those who want a gentle pace
  • Thursdays at 7pm (intermediate) – Some experience with exercise/Pilates, looking for more of a challenge
  • If the demand is high enough we can open a new class, so if the above times/days don’t work for you, please reach out and let us know what does!

Dates for our 2024 blocks are as follows:

  • 4 Mar – 30 Mar (4 weeks)
  • 14 Apr – 25 May (6 weeks)
  • 2 Jun – 12 July (6 weeks)
  • 14 July – 24 Aug (6 weeks)
  • 2 Sep – 12 Oct (6 weeks)
  • 13 Oct – 23 Nov (6 weeks)
  • 24 Nov – 21 Dec (4 weeks)

Consent

All participants will be required to complete a medical questionnaire and consent form before joining the classes.
