Description
We run weekly Pilates classes in central Farnborough.
Schedule
Each class lasts 1 hour and run as follows:
- Tuesdays at 6:15pm (beginner/intermediate) – First time goers, not much experience with exercise, recovering from injury, those who want a gentle pace
- Thursdays at 7pm (intermediate/advanced) – Some experience with exercise/Pilates, looking for more of a challenge
Dates for our 2024 blocks are as follows:
- 4 Mar – 30 Mar (4 weeks)
- 14 Apr – 25 May (6 weeks)
- 2 Jun – 12 July (6 weeks)
- 14 July – 24 Aug (6 weeks)
- 2 Sep – 12 Oct (6 weeks)
- 13 Oct – 23 Nov (6 weeks)
- 24 Nov – 21 Dec (4 weeks)
Consent
All participants will be required to complete a medical questionnaire and consent form before joining the classes.
Equipment
Exercise mats are provided, although you’re welcome to bring your own. Please make sure to being adequate hydration.
*Note that class purchases are non-refundable. If you are unable to make a session, we will try our best to accommodate you in another class, but this will ultimately depend on availability at the time.
