Resources for Pregnant Moms

Exercise has so many great benefits for both mom and baby. The sad fact is that most pregnant women don’t actually meet the recommended guidelines for activity during pregnancy and so are missing out!

You’ll find weekly workouts for each week of pregnancy (starting from Week 12) on the Belly Strong Fitness YouTube channel for free. All of the videos are done by our creator who is at the current stage of pregnancy for which the workout was designed.

The channel also has a number of educational videos covering some of the major musculoskeletal issues women face during pregnancy, and ‘Belly Strong Mom’s Guide to Pregnancy, Fitness and Newborn Life’ is also packed with loads of extra information on being pregnant and caring for a newborn.
