Resources for Prenatal & Postpartum

Exercise has so many great benefits for both mom and baby. The sad fact is that most pregnant women don’t actually meet the recommended guidelines for activity during pregnancy and so are missing out! After delivery, it can be even harder to know what to do as you try to juggle a return to fitness with looking after your little one. 

You’ll find weekly workouts for the trying-to-conceive period, pregnancy AND postpartum on the Belly Strong Fitness YouTube channel for free. All of these were filmed by our creator as she went through these stages herself, so you can know for sure that they’re safe. 

The channel also has a number of educational videos covering some of the major musculoskeletal issues women face during pregnancy and the postpartum period.
