Pregnancy is a marathon with women undergoing dozens of changes in multiple body systems to prepare for a baby. After delivery, not only is there a need to adjust to a whole new member of the family, but also a new body. Recovery takes time and Belly Strong is here to help. 

As the creator goes through her post-natal recovery, you’ll be able to follow along on YouTube with postpartum workouts aimed at recovery and a gradual return to fitness.  

You’ll also find some guidance for the first few weeks after delivery in ‘Belly Strong Mom’s Guide to Pregnancy, Fitness and Newborn Life’. This covers topics like pain management, feeding (breast, formula or pumping), sleeping and a timeline for recovery.
